Dr. Cash, in over 25 years as a leader, has demonstrated success in improving student achievement while at the same time creating an organizational culture that values equity, access and opportunity for all students to learn and thrive. He has presented at conferences throughout the world and has been published in education journals. Cash served as a superintendent in the California communities of Claremont, Clovis and Santa Barbara. Cash is known as a leader in systems thinking, teaching and learning as well as instructional technology. He has been recognized throughout his career as being effective in providing creative solutions to multiple district problems and concerns. He has worked in rural, suburban and urban communities finding opportunities for those communities to provide access, opportunity and achievement for all students. Cash has served as the President of the Suburban School Superintendents, the Association of California School Administrators and the Southern California Superintendents.
