Not just for nature enthusiasts, however, Helena is also proud to be featured in the book “100 Best Small Art Towns in America” due to our many fine arts programs and facilities located here.
Often recognized by The College Board and other national organizations for their consistent academic gains, our Helena Public Schools are comprised of 11 grade schools, two middle schools, two traditional high schools, and two alternative high school programs. We proudly offer several unique learning opportunities including local partnerships to provide prekindergarten classes, an elementary Montessori program, an extensive Advance Placement program, high school/college dual credit opportunities, and adult education programs.
