Start Date: July 1, 2023

The School District of Menomonee Falls is seeking a superintendent beginning on July 1, 2023, with a salary range expected to be $185,000 to $205,000. The School District of Menomonee Falls is an internationally recognized school district located in the northeast corner of Waukesha County, WI, just 25 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The District has approximately 4,000 students with 925 employees across six schools and Community Education & Recreation.

Student accomplishments have made the school district one of the highest-performing schools in the state, with a 98 percent graduation rate. The schools are recognized nationwide for rigorous coursework, college and career readiness, culture-building programs, and positive behavior interventions. The district’s work on continuous improvement has attracted attention from Guam to Sweden and allowed the schools to showcase improvement process work by staff and students. On or before February 27, 2023 – School Board approves contract and announces new Superintendent July 1, 2023: Superintendent officially begins with the District
