Rincon Valley Union School District (rvusd.org) is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who is an advocate for all students with an understanding of the diverse needs of the population, a commitment to collaboration and transparent communication, and keeping all stakeholders actively engaged in achieving the district’s commitment to all around excellence. The new leader should have a demonstrated record of success in ensuring PK-8 students are well prepared academically, socially, and emotionally for high school, post-secondary pursuits, and lifelong learning.
The District’s dedicated faculty and staff provide an ideal learning environment for the over 3,200 TK/Kindergarten through sixth grade students attending seven elementary schools, with an additional 300+ students attending the charter middle school campus. The Rincon Valley District has a strong tradition of academic excellence, preparing children to be lifelong learners. RVUSD is committed to pursuing excellence in education through a rigorous and relevant curriculum within a framework of caring, supportive, and authentic relationships among students, staff, parents, and taxpayers.

Salary Range: $200-240k
