The Voorhees Township Public Schools seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as successor Superintendent of Schools beginning on or before April 1, 2022.
Located in Camden County, NJ, the Township of Voorhees is 11.6 square miles and has a population of approximately 30,000. The Township was named in honor of Governor Foster McGowan Voorhees in 1899. Voorhees Township is a New Jersey suburb in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.
The Voorhees Township Public Schools serve approximately 3,000 students in grades pre-K – 8 in 5 schools. Specific desired leadership characteristics and qualifications are expected to be available and posted on or around November 16, 2021. Candidates must possess a New Jersey School Administrator Certificate or be immediately eligible to obtain the same.
