Christine M. Weymouth, Ph.D., is a retired superintendent with extensive assistant superintendent, superintendent and principal experience serving over 30 years in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Dr. Weymouth’s colleagues refer to her as a visionary and energetic leader with strong mentor and coaching talents and highly effective facilitation and leadership skills in selecting executive leadership and managing conflict through communication and governance with school boards.
Dr. Weymouth has served on local civic and community councils, statewide councils and taught higher education courses at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis. She is experienced in school improvement facilitation and strategic planning, charter school development, principal and superintendent evaluation development and implementation, and community and board leadership development. Many have described Dr. Weymouth as masterful in bringing organizations to a new and improved level of performance while focusing on being a change agent and empowering others to communicate and lead within a defined learning culture supportive of strong and innovative ideals, beliefs and practices about schooling.
Dr. Weymouth earned her Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin Madison in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. With her expansive leadership background in metropolitan suburban and smaller school districts, Dr. Weymouth brings a range of professional gifts that prepare her to lead school organizations and individual professionals in advancing their talents. She specializes in facilitating and guiding organizations in improving and selecting to enhance learning results.
