Diane Cody is an educational consultant who has extensive experience in taking on challenges and creating positive solutions while using her common-sense approach. She led districts through systemic change resulting in quality instruction and improved student performance, while maintaining financial responsibility. Diane’s career included positions as a teacher, mathematics coordinator, principal, assistant superintendent for learning, superintendent, and adjunct professor.

Strategic Planning

Collaborated with school boards and administrators to create tailored strategic planning processes and facilitated all essential activities related to the development of the district strategic plan.

Personnel Evaluation

Supported school districts in creating teacher and principal evaluation plans with high expectations for all.
