Dr. James Lynch has been an educator for many years and has administrative experience from teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Student Services and Principal at all levels from Pre-school through 12th grade and for the past 12 years has been a Superintendent of Schools. In addition to these experiences he has previously served as an Organizational Development Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration and has been a consultant to banks, police departments and executive coach to professional athletes and coaches. He holds a doctorate from Rutgers University, a Leadership and Management Certificate from the Wharton School and is trained in Six Sigma, the Principles of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award, the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, First Things First and the Fish! Philosophy. He has taught on the graduate level in both the school of business and education at a variety of universities, has presented on numerous occasions at the State and National level to various organizations and currently the Senior K-12 Leadership Consultant for the Educational Leadership Research Center at a renown university. He is the author or co-author of articles on leadership and has co-authored a book on leadership with Dr. Jack Ramsay. Jim’s areas of expertise include servant leadership, strategic planning, succession planning/leadership transitions, negotiations, labor relations, organizational culture, stress management and school safety. He is comfortable designing and delivering programs, keynote addresses and organizational interventions to small and large groups both in the public and private sector. Recently he has been a member of a grant funded team to assist a large Texas school district in their “turn around” efforts.  Additionally he has assisted The Gates   Scholarship and the Wells Fargo Academic Leaders Fellowship as a reader and interviewer.
