Dr. Gabriel Woods currently serves as a professor and administrator within the University System of Georgia. Prior to his current role, he served as a K-12 teacher as well as an administrator working in rural, suburban, and urban settings.

He is passionate about a variety of topics ranging from talent development, teacher retention, and executive searches. He believes that successful school districts develop educators, leading to lower attrition. He has presented at local, state, and national conferences with focuses on executive searches, teacher retention, administration, evaluation, organizational development, strategic planning, and STEAM. With his experiences and expertise, he is able to provide solutions to school districts that have limited resources and assist schools with culture and climate issues.

Dr. Woods earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, a Master of Music Education from Anderson University, a Master of Strategic Leadership and Development from Clayton State University, and a Doctorate in Music Education from Liberty University.
