Ken brings to HYA his extensive background in public and private education and management. He has led pre-K through grade 12 districts ranging in enrollments of 2,000 to 42,000 students. As a former superintendent for 20 years, this has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to his work at HYA. He has chaired Executive Searches and facilitated Strategic Planning projects. Ken works closely with superintendents and principals and their leadership teams to create practical solutions to current challenges. His leadership has enabled districts to turn challenging opportunities into realities. He has worked in turnaround districts and has facilitated efforts toward improving human capital management, strategic planning, and resource allocation projects. Ken holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toledo, Ohio.
