Dr. Tricia Hairston is a dedicated educator who specializes in developing leaders in urban school districts, Turnaround Schools, and schools in improvement status. Dr. Hairston has over 30 years of school and executive-level experience and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Hairston has served as an Associate Superintendent, Instructional Director/Principal Supervisor, Area Instructional Specialist, school administrator, and teacher.
In her current role, Dr. Hairston provides instructional and executive coaching services to school districts to develop and empower leaders. Dr. Hairston is a team member of the John Maxwell Leadership Program.
Dr. Hairston’s specialize training includes Coaching for Greater Effectiveness Program – The Center for Creative Leadership, Accelerated Strengths Coaching Program – GALLUP, the National Institute for School Leadership – Chief Learning Officer, and is a John Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer – Maxwell DISC Method.
