Chalanda Tucker has extensive experience as a Strategy and Project Management Professional (PMP). As the Founder and CEO of Strategic Framework she leads successful lifecycle implementations in the public, non-profit, faith-based and private sector, supporting organizations in the development and execution of their Strategy Management Methodologies, while facilitating the implementation of their strategic plans and tracking performance management targets to ensure a successful return on investment.
Most recently Chalanda has led major implementations in K-12 supporting cross-functional initiatives in areas of Literacy, Nutrition, School Turnaround and Enrollment.
Chalanda earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Masters Certificate in Project Management at George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management. Her Certificate in Information Technology was earned at Georgia Institute of Technology, and she completed Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certification from the Palladium Group (Boston, MA).
Chalanda will support district efforts in strategic planning and implementation initiatives. She will analyze data and build goals and strategies from the data and related information from an informed process driven by continuous improvement. She will work with leadership team development to create a system that can be sustained by the team at the district and building levels.
