Dr. Lupita Hightower provides programming for aspiring and sitting school leaders/superintendents across the country. She is a member of several state and national leadership organizations. Dr. Hightower led school initiatives that served meeting the needs of all students, staff and community. She aligned services and programs to impact desired outcomes of the Governing Board.
Throughout her career, Dr. Hightower has been a champion for educational excellence in executive leadership and is an active speaker, and award-winning leader in the field. Her work is tailored to each school system’s needs including: the board and superintendent relationships and leadership tools for impacting district goals; and strategic planning utilizing the community and partners with a future focus on all students achieving success and career paths with a huge emphasis on progress monitoring throughout the process.
Dr. Lupita Hightower will provide executive search and strategic planning consulting centered on the district’s unique needs and goals. She will coordinate projects for executive coaching, board development, leadership development, use of student data for enhancing greater student success and operational functions such as personnel, facilities and the budget. She is a tireless advocate for schools and communities believing that ALL children are capable of success without exception.
