She has been active in leading and creating a transformational shift in education through strategic leadership development, encouraging innovation and creativity, and developing systems that focus on meeting the needs of all students. Her extensive experience in executive leadership has resulted in high student achievement with a focus on student outcomes. She was named one of the nation’s Top 50 Innovators in Education by the Center for Digital Education.
As an educator with over 40 years of experience, Karen Rue is an accomplished board trainer and speaker. Her work focuses on providing executive services; serving as interim superintendent, superintendent searches, executive coaching for new and experienced superintendents, strategic planning, and school board member development.
Dr. Karen Rue will provide executive search and strategic planning services. She supports school boards and executive leaders through executive coaching, board development and leadership development. She is available to serve in interim superintendent positions. She is passionate about education and the impact it has on students today and their future success.
