Dr. Connie Collins brings experience in school and district leadership and organizational change. During her 24 years as a school and district leader, Dr. Collins served as Superintendent in Round Lake Community Unit School District 116 in Lake County, Illinois for eight years after serving as Superintendent in two other school districts within the Chicago metropolitan area. Prior to becoming an associate with HYA, Dr. Collins served as an administrator in a number of school districts with varied economic conditions and challenges in both urban and suburban school districts across the nation.
