After 44 years in public education, 25 years as superintendent, in multiple states and districts, I look forward to continuing to add value and serving school districts by strengthening their leadership teams. 

Specific areas of support that I could provide in advancing strong district leadership include:

• Assisting the board in development of agreements, commitments and scorecards, resulting in an effective board/management team governance model.  
• Supporting the design of a district office-principal leadership framework which incorporates reciprocal support and accountability.
• Insight and support on navigating resistance and fostering stakeholder alignment.
• Embedding sustainable practices into district-wide systems and structures.
• Building systems, structures and a culture where underserved/underrepresented students succeed in advanced-level coursework.
• Assist in developing processes for planning and execution of the district’s strategic plan. 
• Mentoring senior district leaders and building principals.
