IPA Partners with HYA to Build Salary Model
In the fall of 2022, the Illinois Principals Association partnered with Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) on the 56th annual Salary, Benefit, Career Planning & Job Satisfaction study. This study plays a critical role in informing school leaders across Illinois of salary and benefit data and remains the only statewide survey of its kind.
Each year, IPA strives to enhance the usability of salary information and is excited about a newly added salary model, which allows members to create more personalized salary benchmarks. The salary model allows school leaders to generate an average salary based on unique combinations of district and school characteristics, geography, and administrative experience.
