Title III LIEP Application

The seminar will provide step-by-step instructions on completing the Title III LIEP application. The instructor will work with the participants to create an application that is aligned with current ISBE requirements. It will include the explanation of codes, allowable expenses, and the mandatory details. The seminar will also provide information on applications for the cooperatives, Title III ISEP applications, and Title III amendments.
Webinar 2: Preparing for the Monitoring Visit

This seminar is geared toward the Illinois districts that have been selected for the monitoring visits or follow-up monitoring visits by the ISBE Multilingual/Language Development Department in the current monitoring cycle. It will provide an in-depth explanation of what to expect and what documentation should be delivered by the district. It will also explain potential corrective action requirements. The purpose of the seminar is to alleviate districts’ concerns related to the monitoring visit.

Grand Periodic Reports

This seminar will provide step-by-step instructions on completing Title III LIEP, ISEP, and BEA Grant Periodic Reports. It will focus on changes introduced in this year’s reporting periods, and it will explain how to align the reports with Title III final applications, FRIS, and the Title III expenditure report. The instructor will work with the participants to complete a GPR based on current ISBE requirements.
