I taught 14 years for the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) in the Superintendents Academy (What You Need to Know Your First Year as a Superintendent) and have served as a mentor for new superintendents.
In each district in which I have worked, I have had major responsibility for improving community involvement.
I am a trained strategic planner (The Cambridge Model) and have conducted strategic planning for school districts, country offices of education, and community organization.
