Dr. Nimisha Bhatt holds a doctorate in education from Loyola University and has over 31 years of education experience. Dr. Bhatt currently serves as a district and school consultant for continuous improvement and has recently joined HYA. Throughout her 31 years in education, she has spent over 30 years in multiple roles in education as a teacher, principal, curriculum facilitator, Executive Director, HR Recruiter, Equity Officer and school improvement and curriculum consultant in Missouri and Illinois. Nimisha is passionate about supporting the work of transforming schools with the highest need and providing expertise to school districts in research-based practices. Throughout her career, Dr. Bhatt has been a champion for equity and inclusion.
