Christina Natvidad Pagan

Christina has over a decade of experience in data, strategy, and project management in the education, nonprofit, and international development sectors. Christina’s career includes pivotal roles at a leading Charter School Network spanning five regions, where she led a team in developing impactful data solutions, insights, and tools, including a data warehouse and advanced dashboards. At two of the US’s top districts, she launched human capital dashboards, conducted quantitative analyses, and developed evaluation reports.  Additionally, she contributed to strategic projects at education and international development nonprofits, where she excelled in managing cross-departmental frameworks, managing key performance indicators,  and improving operational efficiency.   In her consulting work, she has shown her dedication to improving nonprofit effectiveness by offering strategic support by developing impact evaluation metrics and surveys, and providing strategic guidance to various small to mid-sized nonprofits.

Christina holds a Masters in Social Research from Goldsmiths College, University of London and a Bachelors in Economics and Sociology from Barnard College, Columbia University, complemented by certifications in Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Science with SQL, and Tableau at Cornell University. Her dedication to continuous learning is further exemplified by a Fellowship at Harvard University’s Strategic Data Project.
