Bob Ross

Bob Ross holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Northern Illinois University and has over thirty years of experience in public education, including twenty five years in leadership. Bob served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education in Naperville, Illinois in suburban Chicago.

Bob has developed expertise in working with stakeholders to identify school and district leaders, in executive coaching for cabinet members, especially those new to their roles, and in conducting and supporting staff investigations.

Bob’s Associate work is driven by his belief that improved building and district leadership leads to improved outcomes for students.
