Dr. David Bein holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Concordia University and has a professional career spanning over 35 years of school leadership, corporate finance, management consulting, and engineering. Dr. Bein serves as an Adjunct Professor of Education at Concordia University Chicago, and is a Past President for the Illinois Association of School Business Officials. Most recently, Dr. Bein served as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Chief School Business Official, and Treasurer for Barrington Community Unit School District 220.
Dr. Bein has been a frequent speaker on a broad range of school leadership topics, and served as the invited keynote speaker at Deakin University’s Education Symposium. He is frequently sought out to consult on school finance and operations matters.
