Anthony L. Smith, Ed.D.

Dr. Anthony L. Smith has extensive leadership experience in education at all levels in the Northwest region. Dr. Smith has in-depth experience with communications, human resources, budget development, program management, strategic planning, coaching, and professional learning. He has been highly involved in his state administrative association at the local, state, and national level.

Throughout his career, Dr. Smith has been committed to a personal mission of “empowering others to live their best lives while contributing positively in their communities.” This mission has transcended all of his work in facilitating measurable systems improvement as a leader and consultant.

Dr. Smith has helped state associations, school districts and non-profits with strategic planning, executive coaching, organizational development, superintendent searches, superintendent entry planning, and superintendent-board relationships.  He has presented at regional, state, and national conferences on numerous topics ranging from student voice to superintendent entry plans.
