Dr. David Baugh is an accomplished educational leader and continues to participate in several state and national leadership organizations. Dr. Baugh has been successful in improving educational outcomes and has authored, presented and has engaged audiences as a speaker. Dr. Baugh is passionate about the transformational nature of education.
An accomplished researcher and student of Distributed Leadership, Dr. Baugh has led numerous school and district improvement efforts utilizing distributed leadership. Grounding improvement efforts in developing capacity and team work has led to numerous successes.
Dr. Baugh has specialized in executive leadership development, evaluation and board and superintendent relationships. Working to align goals with strategic plans, as well as increasing communication, David Baugh has grounded all efforts in increasing opportunities for students, educators and the community. As a consultant Dr. Baugh will support talent acquisition and retention, executive coaching, board and superintendent relationships and aligning strategic plans to the goals of the Board and superintendent.
