George Arlotto, Ed.D.

Dr. George Arlotto is a passionate, results-driven education leader with over three decades of experience in leading and managing schools and large, complex school systems.  He holds a doctorate in Education Administration and Policy Studies from The George Washington University, where he also served as a research fellow and Adjunct Professor.  Dr. Arlotto’s varied and distinguished career in education leadership includes being a High School Principal, Chief School Performance Officer, Assistant and Associate Superintendents, and Chief of Staff. 

Dr. Arlotto has extensive experiences in developing priority driven budgets, strategic plans and system-wide goals that focus on creating equitable opportunities and access for all students, staff professional development, success and accountability. His well-established track record of developing and implementing student-centered programs that enhance achievement, expand access to opportunities, and foster inclusive, empathetic environments can support district efforts.

A skilled leader with extensive experience in leadership, policy development, and budget management, Dr. Arlotto will focus his time with HYA on executive search, strategic planning, school safety matters, leadership support and mentoring along with operating and capital budget development.
