Joseph S. Trower is an experienced education and organizational leader with more than two decades of executive leadership, consulting, and systems-level improvement experience. He has served as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, and senior executive in public, charter, virtual, and blended learning environments. His work consistently centers on student success, leadership effectiveness, governance, and operational alignment. He has partnered closely with Boards, executive teams, and community stakeholders to strengthen organizational clarity, improve outcomes, and build sustainable leadership capacity. In addition to public education, his experience includes private-sector consulting, talent acquisition, leadership development, and performance management.
