Linda is a co-founder of Your Board Coach, LLC. Her primary focus is leadership development, strategic planning facilitation, board governance, board coaching and policy support. Linda served for twenty-five years as a locally elected board of education member. Linda served as a state level board officer for the Nebraska Association of School Boards, holding the roles of Vice-President and President. Linda received the distinguished honor of the Leadership for Learning for Policy Leadership Award for her statewide work as a board of education member in Nebraska. In her recent consulting Linda worked with the Nebraska State Board of Education (Leadership Development) and the Santee Community Schools, priority school designee, for (Board Governance).
