Over the course of more than 25 years in education and the nonprofit sector, Millard House II has led transformation efforts in some of the nation’s largest and most complex school systems, consistently improving student outcomes, strengthening equity, and advancing organizational effectiveness.
During his leadership significant academic and cultural gains were achieved with documented data. Gains included: graduation rates; Math growth for ELA, special ed and multilingual; reductions in absenteeism and disciplinary removals; prioritized academic recovery and equity in the wake of the pandemic. Dr House sponsored initiatives designed to provide historically underserved campuses with high-quality teachers, robust student wellbeing supports, and expanded extracurricular opportunities.
Dr House has been awarded many outstanding achievement awards for his leadership at the national, state and regional levels. His consulting work is based on these experiences and a strong commitment to improving students, districts and communities.
