Dr. Hollich brings experience in school and district leadership and organizational change with over 20 years as a school and district leader in addition to 20 years of experience in the classroom. Dr. Hollich became superintendent of Brookwood School District 167 in the south suburbs of Chicago where she served for eight years before becoming an associate for HYA. Dr. Hollich has worked in suburban schools with a wide range of economic conditions and challenges in addition to the more affluent, high performing, high expectation school districts in the north suburban area of the Chicago metropolitan area.
