Pamela Hornberger is a lifelong educator and former State Representative. She is a public servant on a mission to improve education for students, families, and communities.
Before joining the legislature, Pamela had the opportunity to participate in superintendent searches and strategic plans as a board of education trustee and educator. Her experience gives her unique insight into board dynamics, student and community needs, and policy impact on local education. Pamela’s legislative service allowed her to build relationships throughout Michigan and gave her invaluable experience in education policy and appropriations.
Pamela will work closely with board trustees and communities, providing thoughtful executive search, board development, community relationship development, and strategic planning. Pamela believes positive outcomes begin by listening to people, understanding their concerns, and fully engaging with the community.
