Dr. Paul Tedesco has served 44 years in the field of education, thirty-eight as an administrator. His administrative experiences include: Administrator of Educational Service Agency; Superintendent of Schools; and High School Principal & Athletic Director. Paul taught and coached in Iowa and Nebraska.
He has been involved in educational leadership searches. All superintendents placed by Paul’s searches have successfully served three (3) or more years for their institutions. Paul recruits candidates who fit the leadership profile established in each search using the unique characteristics and leadership expectations found in each district. He is dedicated to quality leadership to move a district to the next level.
