Dr. Saundra Russell-Smith brings over 30 years of experience as an accomplished educator, school leader, and district administrator, with deep expertise in student belonging, inclusive leadership, and equity-centered transformation. She has led high-impact initiatives focused on student success, family and community engagement, and staff development in both high-needs urban schools and diverse suburban districts. In addition to her work in K–12 public education, Dr. Russell-Smith is the founder of Limitless Leaders LLC, where she consults, writes, and speaks on turning personal and professional challenges into strengths. Her career is marked by a relentless focus on creating cultures where all voices are heard, and all leaders—especially those with hidden challenges—can rise.
