Dr. Suzanne Zentner has served the K12 education sector from classroom teacher to superintendent in urban, rural and suburban districts over the course of her 30 year career. She currently serves Arizona State University (ASU) as a Faculty Associate for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as mentoring student-led ventures.
Suzanne has presented at a number of local, state and national conferences and is known for her highly engaging style that focuses on recruitment and retention of top talent as well as organizational morale. Her passions for the education profession, business and wellness all intersect in her work and the interactive book she wrote entitled, A Teacher’s Net Worth.
Suzanne uses her extensive experience to uniquely engage with districts on ways to reverse turnover rates, reduce absenteeism and increase morale through educating employees on the total value of salary and benefit packages.
