Dr. Tonja M. Williams Knight brings more than 34 years of proven classroom and leadership outcomes in large urban public K-12 school districts in the Northeastern region. She focused and prioritized services, programs, hiring, and spending to impact desired outcomes of the board.
Dr Williams relies on exceptional communication skills, and her work focuses on: building and maintaining positive relationships, managing media outlets, developing strong and effective leaders, community- inspired strategic planning and implementation, using data to drive academic success, and efficiently including community partners as well as parents/ caregivers in decision making processes.
Dr. Williams Knight will provide excellent and customized strategic planning consulting, executive search support, and executive coaching for leaders. She will coordinate projects for executive coaching, leadership development, and the effective use of student data for enhancing improved student outcomes.
