Mr. Phayprasert is a proven educational leader with expertise in strategic planning, administration teams, board relations, and executive searches. With over 20 years of experience in education, Vahn has served as superintendent of schools, assistant superintendent of educational services, school principal, middle school dean of students, and general education teacher. During his tenure, Vahn’s focus was on organizational equity work, strengthening partnerships with community stakeholders, Professional Development for administration and most notable, implementation of a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Program district-wide.
Vahn is consulting in the areas of; systemic change with a comprehensive strategic plan, utilizing strategic collaboration and alignment of HR practices. Additionally, strategic planning, developing administration teams, board relations, and executive searches.
