Victoria Priovott, Ed.D.

Dr. Victoria Privott based in the Southeast and is an accomplished educational leader, diversity consultant, and advocate for children and equity in public education with over two decades of experience transforming schools and districts. She specializes in Instructional Leadership and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), data-driven strategic planning, working with schools and districts to create more inclusive and effective learning environments.

Throughout her career Dr. Privott has demonstrated exceptional leadership in school transformation. Her leadership philosophy centers on data-driven decision making, inclusive practices, and building strong learning communities that serve all students. Her work exemplifies the belief that all students deserve access to high-quality, inclusive education that honors their identities and supports their academic and social-emotional growth. Dr. Privott has delivered keynotes at district opening ceremonies and presented at national conferences on topics ranging from instructional leadership to equity implementation. 

Dr. Privott will provide executive search and strategic planning consulting centered on the district’s unique needs and goal. She will coordinate projects for executive coaching, Board/Supt Topics, leadership development, student data and academic growth, personnel, curriculum, community relations/partnerships, and career pathways. She is a tireless advocate for schools and communities as safe places for students to learn and grow.
