Wilyna (Winnie) Frankel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in the Chicagoland area. She has over 20 years of experience as both a professional and servant leader. Winnie is currently a practicing mental health clinician at her private practice where she specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults in issues related to community, family and anxiety.
She has previous experience as a school social worker in school districts of significantly varying size and demographics. She was an integral part of the research and creation of a community wide DEI task force.
Winnie has extensive presentation experience in the psychoeducational training of parents, students, teachers, staff and community leaders. Winnie has been a facilitator to executive staff as well as the direct manager of other speakers and presenters in the private sector. Winnie has expertise in facilitating focus groups and maximizing effective communication. Additionally, Winnie has experience in the nuanced facilitation necessary for successful community engagement for a strategic plan, but also in the creation and ongoing implementation of a strategic plan.
