SUPERINTENDENT
LIVERPOOL CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Liverpool Central School District is searching for an exceptional educational leader with a proven record of success in student achievement, strategic planning, educational finance, and instructional leadership.
The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated educators committed to maintaining high standards and a strong curriculum across the district’s eight elementary schools, four middle schools, and Liverpool High School, which offer outstanding academic, elective, special education, performing and visual arts, and athletic programs.

About the District
Liverpool has a long history of providing an excellent educational environment for nearly 6,700 students, of which 84 percent pursue higher education. The district offers a wide range of programs and services, including honors and Advanced Placement courses, cutting-edge technology, highly respected special education and arts programs and numerous extracurricular activities.

Qualifications
- Proven Executive: Multi-year success in high-level educational leadership roles within comparably complex organizations. NY School Administrator/Certificate of Eligibility required.
- Visionary Leadership: Drives bold, forward-thinking initiatives while maintaining educational excellence and purposeful strategic advancement.
- Operational Excellence. Demonstrates expertise in both academic and operational outcomes to include all aspects of district leadership (teaching and learning, technology, human resources, finances, student support, etc.).
- Decisive Management: Makes purposeful decisions while empowering teams and providing unwavering support. Cultivates strong stakeholder partnerships and maintains effective communication.
- Collaborative Empowerment:Â Builds and relies on trusted leadership and advisory teams while championing teachers and staff, ensuring high levels of empathy and support.
