Blaine County School District seeks an experienced, action-oriented educational leader who combines strategic financial stewardship, operational expertise, and a commitment to instructional excellence.  In partnership with the five member Board of Trustees, the superintendent will  establish authentic collaborative and supportive relationships with staff and community, foster a culture of trust and transparency, and guide decisions that advance student success and ensure the district’s long-term financial health.  The successful candidate will be a decisive yet empathetic communicator who brings stability, accountability, and a clear, unifying vision for ensuring that every student thrives in a changing educational and financial environment.
