Job Description
The North Cape School District is seeking a Superintendent/Principal beginning on July 1, 2027, with a base salary range expected to be $125,000 to $150,000; other benefits to be negotiated. This is a full-time position.
North Cape School District is a small, rural PK–8 district in Franksville, Wisconsin (Racine County), located about 30 minutes from Milwaukee. It operates as a single‑building district serving approximately 200 students. The District has 33 FTE employees and a general fund budget of approximately 3.5 million.
North Cape can be described as a community that “cares deeply” about each student’s academic, social, emotional, and personal success.
