We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new HYA Academy, a groundbreaking initiative, in partnership with Howard University, designed to cultivate the next generation of educational leaders. This innovative program offers a unique blend of mentorship, collaboration, and cutting-edge curricula, all aimed at empowering current and aspiring superintendents, board of education members, and central office leaders.

Personalized Mentorship Participants in the HYA Academy will receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced superintendents and senior district leaders. This individualized support is tailored to the specific needs and goals of each participant, ensuring a transformative learning experience.

This collaboration focuses on improving achievement for students of color, ensuring that our participants are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

This rigorous academic framework is designed to prepare participants for the challenges and opportunities of educational leadership.
