Salary: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $129,770 – 155,724 per year

Overview:
Reporting to the Superintendent, the CFO leads the Financial Services Department, focusing on budget development, financial planning, and compliance. The role oversees budgeting, payroll, employee benefits, and supervises finance staff, including accountants, a payroll specialist, a budget analyst, and a grant writer.

Key Responsibilities:
-Budget development and oversight
-Financial reporting and audits
-Cash and investment management

-Risk management and insurance
-Enrollment projections and capital improvement planning
-General financial operations, compliance, and legal controls

Qualifications:
-Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred)
-Experience in K-12 education finance
-Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
