The Mamaroneck Union Free School District invites dynamic, visionary leaders to apply for the position of Principal at Hommocks Middle School, a vibrant and innovative learning community of approximately 1350 students and over 130 dedicated administrators,faculty and staff serving grades 6-8 in beautiful Westchester County, New York.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of educators to achieve academic excellence and equity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity for students and staff.
- Partner with families and the broader community to ensure student success.
- Promote programs that support the whole child, including athletics, the arts, and social-emotional learning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the district’s mission and goals.

- Demonstrates a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Excels in communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Possesses strong instructional and managerial expertise.
- Is passionate about and has solid experience in middle-level education and student development.
- Holds a valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) or School District Administrator (SDA), or School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) certification.

Salary Range: $200,000 – $230,000 with competitive benefits package.
