Old Bridge Township Public Schools Superintendent of Schools 

The Old Bridge School District, located in Old Bridge Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey, serves a community with a population of 66,876. The district serves approximately 8,000 students in schools covering 40 plus square miles. The district is recognized nationally as a District of Character, boasting 14 nationally recognized schools, including the National Blue Ribbon Schirra Elementary School. It provides comprehensive educational opportunities for students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, emphasizing a holistic approach that integrates academics, athletics, and the arts.

The district prioritizes creating healthy learning environments and is recognized for its safety, ranking as one of the safest school districts in New Jersey. The Board seeks a proactive leader who will partner with the Board to make decisions that are in the best interest of all students, have an extensive educational resume with experience at various levels and who possess strong fiscal skills.  Approachability and participation at district and community events is expected.  Long-range and strategic planning experience and/or expertise is highly desirable. 

Candidates must possess a NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate Eligibility or be immediately eligible to obtain the same. A multi-year contract will be offered in the range of $270,000 per annum, subject to actual qualifications, experience, credentials, and negotiations.
